15 Goals for 2015

I'm sure the hype for new years resolutions have died down now, but I'm jumping right back onto the bandwagon. Here's a checklist of things that I want to achieve/do by the end of the year. I'm not going to be too specific (ie - workout 30 mins a day/read 20 books)

I'm going to be a bit vague, I find that more feasible personally.

1. How many countries/new places have you visited?
2. Did you watch any new TV shows?
3. Did you go to school without makeup?
4. Are you doing the international baccalaureate, and enjoying it?
5. Are you taking life easily?
6. How many photographs have you taken?
7. Did you get a job?
8. Did you exercise more often?
9. How many books did you read?
10. Did you have a good summer?
11. Are you appreciating the small stuff?
12. What was your favourite moment?
13. Did you make a difference?
14. Did you make another blog?
15. Were you happy?

See you soon, for a whole lot more blogging and maybe a drugstore makeup haul...

Music Monday #2

Seems like a while since I've done a 'Music Monday', So here goes nothing!

1. Magic - Coldplay. Yes I know the album has been out for a while, and yes, I know everyone has raved about it, but this song is insane. I just wish I got tickets to see them perform it live. One day, I shall. I promise.

2. Cool Kids - Echosmith. I love this song, both lyrically and musically, talks about people constantly being on the outside, always looking in. (Sort of like Gossip Girl), but realising that there's nothing wrong with being a wallflower

3. I Can Barely Say - The Fray This song makes me cry, laugh, smile and experience every emotion you can think of. Definetly in my top 5 favourite all time songs. I love it so much.

4. Reflections - Misterwives. What an amazing tune! I absolutely love this, It's part of the 'pop genre' which I'm never usually the biggest fan of, however I really do love this song.

5. Oats in the water - Ben Howard. Again Up there in my top 10 favourite songs of all time. This song was perfect for autumn/winter time, and I love it.

Making Decisions | Advice

Everyday, we're faced with countless decisions. It can be hard. Currently I'm deciding whether or not to change schools, or what a levels to choose, or who my friends are? Well some may say, 'You're only 16, what do you have to worry about'.

Completely ignore those people.

I'm stuck in the middle. I don't want to lose friends, I hate the idea of being a 'new girl'. But then again, I don't want to stay at a place where i'm not 100% happy.

I'm not good at making decisions, as you may know if you know me. But here are some tips on how to make decisions.

1. It may sound selfish but - only think of yourself. At the end of the day, it's your future, no one else's.
2. Decisions that you make now are not permanent. You have years ahead of you, remember that.
3. Pick things you like, not just one's that will get you ahead in life.
4. Enjoy the moment. That moment you have right now, you'll never have it again, ever. Enjoy the present and don't stress about the future.
5. Talk to someone - a career adviser, a parent or just a friend.

See you soon.
